Our Elected Officials Didn’t Read the First Page of the Texas Constitution:
When I learned that the Texas legislature approved the posting of the Ten Commandments in the public schools I was concerned and decided to inform myself further. So, I read the Texas Constitution. You don’t have to read to far to recognize that you remember correctly – public institutions in Texas will not support a specific religion. It is the sixth, seventh, and eigth sections of the Texas Bill of Rights.
Our leaders are ignoring our founding documents, and the leaders need to be replaced. That is why I am running for office
Texas is for all Texans
Funding for schools and the establishment of a first rate educational system was the priority of the authors of the Texas constitution. When we honor their intentions by keeping schools welcoming to all religions.
